Baselines Working Group - March 11, 2013

The Baselines Working Group was established in 2013 as part of the Technical Work Program. The primary output of this working group is a guidance document for development of greenhouse gas emissions baselines. The March 2013 meeting provided an opportunity for brainstorming on and review of a draft version of this document. The working group consists of nominees from PMR Participants and the PMR's pool of experts.
