Organizational Meeting: Bangkok

At the very first gathering of the PMR, 10 countries formally pledged financial support to the initiative becoming the first cohort of Contributing Participants (Australia, European Commission, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States) and 8 countries were confirmed as Implementing Country Participants (Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand, Turkey,and Ukraine). Together these participants endorsed the PMR's Governance Framework and Rules of Procedure.
